Land preparation:
· The nursery plots should be levelled properly and channels should be opened for irrigation as well as drainage.
· For main filed puddle the field 15 days before transplanting.
· Levelled the land properly with plank.

· 120 kg N, 60 kg P2O5, 40 kg K2O

· Plogh the soil first with country plough followed by Gorru and bring to fine tilth using blade harrow. In paddy fallows direct planting is recomended.

· Jun 2nd week to Jul 2nd week
